Materials: Camera, Tripod, Lightroom
Tip: Have shadows in your photos to show the contrast in sunlight and emphasize the golden hour effect.
Taken in a staircase, using window light
Attach Camera to Tripod and place in angle you want to take photos from
—Tip: When taking photos, try taking pictures from different angles and try to change your position in the photo

Set camera to manual focus
— Tip: Take test photos in order to perfect the focus on you
The subject is blurry.
Solution: alter the focus more until subject is clear
Set camera to a 10 second timer
Adjust ISO depending on your environment and the amount of light coming in
If outside: use 100-400
If inside: use 800
Set aperture to 5.6 or a low number
Set Shutter Speed to a fast time like 1/30 sec
Editing: Use Adobe Lightroom
—Tip: Edit based on your preferences, depending on how you want your golden hour to look/ how harsh you want the lighting to be

Lower exposure and increase contrast
highlights, shadows, whites, and blacks help edit the contrast
Increase saturation, vibrance, and temperature
Optional: use color mixer to change the look of the oranges and reds in your photo
