Hi, I’m Peter Lau - a member of Blair’s Class of 2021.
Hindered by COVID-19, I completed my last semester at Blair through distance learning while I was in China. During this time, I traveled to different Chinese cities (Chengdu, Chongqing, Wuhan, Jiexi) and took various photos.
Many of my photos emphasized the importance of contrast, colorfulness, and angled perspectives. Additionally, I experimented more with techniques of long exposure and movement, with also a focus on cityscape photos in the night.
